Can Alipay and WeChat receive black money?
What I mean is, if the money comes from an unscrupulous source, and I give them a QR code for payment, they scan it and hand me the money, does that count as black money? If so, then if I sell chickens to them, and they scan my WeChat or Alipay for payment, haven't I received black money? Is it equivalent to selling chickens with risks?
