How do I register for the Steam account in my country?
How do I register for the international version of Steam? I'm unable to create an account without using a proxy, and when I do use a proxy, my registered accounts follow their associated country's region. Could someone please provide some guidance on this matter? If you have any sugary drinks for me, that would be greatly appreciated!
