Is there only one virtual credit card for GCP?
The same virtual credit card is issued by VISA in the USA, which is bound to GCP. Account 1 does not allow it to be bound despite being alive and account 2 can easily bind it. The status of account 1 is normal and it has been using it continuously and regularly even though it's still alive. I want to change its card.
