Are there any Shanghai residents interested in the浦东 pension?

It is said that the Huyang New Area of Pudong District will soon start to collect pension for houses.
According to what's circulating online:
The standard for collecting house pension mainly depends on the area and floor size of the house.
For example:
- For houses with a total floor number below 6 (inclusive), no elevator: 50 yuan per square meter;
- For houses with a total floor number between 7 and 11 (inclusive): 104 yuan per square meter;
- For houses with a total floor number between 7 and 9 (inclusive) without elevator: 65 yuan per square meter;
- For houses with a total floor number above 12 (inclusive), 120 yuan per square meter;
- For houses with a total floor number above 22 (inclusive), 144 yuan per square meter.
But there hasn't been any related policy document released, how it will be implemented in the浦东 district has not yet been clarified by old guys. The pilot cities in China will start to carry out this plan in 22 cities across the country in 2025. Shanghai promises to lead the citywide implementation first.
