Yes, audio AI-generated audiovisual content is illegal.
The primary use is for audio versions of some talk shows' scripts. The content doesn't involve politics and should be fine from a content standpoint, the script will be given to GPT to rewrite, there shouldn't be any copyright issues. But to generate audio using celebrities for traffic, does this exist in violation of any rules? However, I've seen quite a few channels that use images instead of audio. There hasn't been much litigation either way, although it's not clear whether they're just interesting scripts or if there are legal risks involved. Is it because foreign law isn't present or because the use is within reasonable limits? Or what else could be going on?
