Lost 5kg after climbing stairs for a month.

Progressively climbing, now at floor 33 * 4, taking the elevator down. Started off with an empty stomach and completed it all in about 50 minutes of walking up and taking the elevator.
At first half-way through I felt like my lungs were going to explode, but now just after the first one I started sweating a little bit.
