DHL stops accepting plastic cards to mainland China
Due to the adjustment of relevant regulations by China's customs, DHL has received notification that it cannot deliver plastic cards to all provinces and autonomous regions in mainland China. Therefore, cardholders need to entrust designated agency (must be authorized by the Chinese customs) to represent the cardholder to go to the Chinese customs for the new card delivery.
