Oof, can't get through to anyone - have to report my license plate is dirty.
What the hell? Someone backed me up, so I called them to report my license plate was dirty. The police said they would call tomorrow and have me come in for processing. It's been raining pretty hard lately. How small-minded can people be with the law? What am I supposed to do?
