Moving broadband is the real dog.
Previously, 1000Mbps bandwidth had about 150Mbps upload speed, but suddenly it became very slow during the game CS2 on September 15th. The delay was over several hundred, and I found that my upload speed was only 20Mbps. Then I called 10086 to get my speed tested by an engineer. He said there was some policy change in the mobile company recently. After he changed my upload speed to 50Mbps, I can finally enjoy faster internet.
