Selling virtual items on Taobao always loses.
For subscription products used for half a year, the buyer comes back to ask for refund after six months with various excuses about his own problem, just wanting a refund. His order was already rated well before he placed it. I refused to refund him and then the seller contacted Taobao's customer service who refunded him. They forced me to pay back their money and the complaint was rejected. It truly sucks! It really affects my mood. The reason is that the buyer's refund reason is "delivery of courier/packaging has not been delivered".
