Megalayer experiencing major service disruption
Dear customer:We regret to inform you that due to the large-scale adjustment of upstream suppliers' resource by the US upstream supplier during our new and old resources cutting operation, the upstream suddenly adjusted urgently, causing line problems. At present, most IP is in disconnected status, and part of international networks and China Telecom network have also been interrupted.
To ensure your data safety and reduce the impact of this event as much as possible, we offer the following solutions:
1. You can contact us in time. We will replace your usage with 156 and 45 segments. The two segments are normal for domestic telecom and mobile networks, so you can transfer emergency data and backup through the new IP.
2. You can choose free transfer to Los Angeles Cloud Machine and enjoy one month's free use to ensure you can continue to have stable service.
3. Refund you the amount you currently use per day, fully protecting your rights.
4. You can also move to the new San Jose machine room within two weeks, at which time services will be more stable and reliable.
For this sudden failure, we feel very sorry and apologetic. We are working hard to communicate and cooperate with the upstream supplier to avoid such situations from happening again.
