It takes Hetzner about 3-5 days to register and verify your account.
I registered on Identify.com just now with my phone and it scanned the face successfully. However, when I tried to log in on Hetzner's website, it still says "Manual review is required." Four hours have passed, Germany's working time has already started. How come no one has yet reviewed me?
