Did last year's Hubei Star upgrade to 185G general traffic?
At present, it is 155G universal, which reportedly allows you to open a box every week and there's a chance of getting a long-term upgrade pack, turning you into a 185G universal. The only way to get the box is once per week. I just opened a 100-minute one earlier; it didn't do me any good.
