Previously, I boarded the bus with grass clouds. Back then, I didn't need to register for real name, and it took me around one or two months to start registering for real name. If I don't register for real name, I can't enter the background management system.I'm not in favor of being restricted even if I don't want to be restricted. I can download backups at most 1MB per day, but this week, my speed has been reduced to 100-200Kb. The maximum number of downloads is only about 200Kb. It's really unfair.
