PC strange issue
The system boots up in BIOS mode and then turns off after 2 seconds, which restarts the system automatically. Then it can be used normally, but the system time is always wrong. Changing the new BIOS battery does not work either. The voltage measurement is 3.1 volts. The RAM module has also been replaced, and the graphics card is working normally.
