How can I improve as an old programmer in the bedroom?
Do you have the same experience as me? I'm getting further and further down, unable to get hard or maintain an erection. It's rare for me to have any morning erections. Swisstake multivitamins seem to be helping a little bit. I'm drinking more枸杞 every day. However, my problem is still there. The one dollar pill that I bought online seems to work for about three days, but it's not always effective. And sometimes it causes headaches and muscle pain. I've been on a diet and quit smoking and alcohol, but things are still going downhill. I feel like there's no hope left. I worked so hard to make money and earn my living, only to find out that I can't enjoy anything at all. What I eat matters, otherwise I'll gain weight. Seeing pretty girls makes me want to touch them, but that's the end of it. This life has nothing more to offer. Do you guys have any suggestions? How do you improve your situation?
