Hello,We understand your concerns. At the moment, our entire team, including our management staff, is fully focused on resolving and stabilizing the current situation. Our priority is to fully restore services as quickly as possible and we have been making great progress so far.
At this time our team is still actively working towards restoring service and/or implementing a resolution for the final remaining nodes that were impacted by the unexpected power shutdown.
It is our intention to make things right for our customers, and we will address the topic of compensation once the issue is fully resolved and the dust settles.
