How to handle being restricted by PCDN for moving?
I moved 1000mb broadband. There was a NAS at home that downloaded things more normally. I used BitTorrent and qB while downloading at the same time, which also had upload. The mobile maintenance worker checked it and said my upload traffic was too large. So I was restricted by PCDN.
