Can you get a card that can use in Hong Kong on the mainland for FPS?
There is an Alipay bank that can be applied for, but you have to go to Hong Kong and use the network there.Is there any alternative that doesn't require going to Hong Kong and can still apply for it directly in mainland China with a support for fps?
