The national standard for compulsory transport of oil in bulk will be released and come into effect on February 1, 2022.

The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (National Standards Committee) has recently released GB 44917-2024, the compulsory standard for food-grade packaging containers used in the transport of bulk oil, which will come into effect on February 1, 2025. The container should be made of food-grade materials, and both the inside and outside should be clean and hygienic. Containers used to transport non-foods shall not be used for transporting edible oils. Liquid bags for edible oils in containers are disposable containers.
① For edible oils packed in bulk, the transportation containers should use food-grade containers, and both inside and outside should be clean and hygienic. Transportation of non-food containers is not allowed to transport edible oils. Disposable liquid bags for edible oils in containers are used as one-time-use containers.
② In case of any of the following situations, it is necessary to first clear up the remaining contents and wipe them clean before using the container again. After transporting one type of edible oil, transport another type of edible oil; after transporting low-grade edible oils, transport high-grade edible oils of the same type again.
③ Records should be kept during the process of loading oil, transporting, unloading, etc. The records should be preserved for at least two years after the end of the transportation.
It can be said that the increase in edible oil prices is certain.
As for which stocks are beneficial, I don't know.
