What can we do when the Netcup line is so bad that we can't set up nodes?
Having tried many VPS in the US and Europe, I saw that MJJ recommended Netcup on forums. After finally getting a Netcup year-end payment of 10 Euros, after setting up nodes even with CDNs, the speed is pitiful, it can't be used at all.
