What other options are there besides WordPress and Typecho?
The purpose is not to write blogs or articles, but to be used as a notebook or note-taking tool, so it's enough for basic functions. However, I hope the opening speed is fast and ideally encrypted. WordPress and tyoecho still feel too heavy. And apparently, PHP isn't very secure.
