Why does Cloudflare have direct lines to three major operators?
The international transmit bandwidth of the three major operators is not cheap, and the price per M in dollars is at least several hundred G each operator, which is free for Chinese users to use. Is it not a loss? Must the three major operators give away the bandwidth for free as peer-to-peer?
