3.3 SGD for a tea drink at 7-11 in Singapore. Is Alipay black? Can I exchange it?
Last week, I bought soda with my credit card and only spent $1.2 new. In the CCB, I'm blocked by your female horse. You said that there is risk of transactions on my card so they need to be resolved offline. This month, I've only spent around $1,000 USD, half of which was for a recaptcha platform. The stores here can't accept Alipay. Fairprice etc. won't even accept it. Even the Ss burger place (can't remember its name) only accepts credit cards. Fortunately, last week, my friends and I went together and he charged his card. Now, he's back. I thought my credit card would be fine as banks want me to spend more money. But all I brought were my CCB debit card and savings account. My friend gave me 200 New Zealand dollars cash and I spent it all in one go. The currency exchange rate is horrid. Yesterday, I asked about an Alipay store that could take it at 100:589 but the CCB rate was only 540. However, I'll have to go if I don't get paid soon or else I'll lose my transit pass. But still, I had a CCB cross-border debit card. But when I tried to use it at 711, they required me to input my PIN code. I entered the first four digits of the withdrawal password and the six-digit code and it kept telling me incorrect. I couldn't try again because I was afraid I'd get locked out of the bus.
