There was once an old network ping that was so slow that it was cutting out. It would sometimes be above 100, but today I ran it and found it had recovered to around 50. I had assumed it wouldn't recover, but lo and behold, it did! It's been recovering slowly over the past few months, so it took quite some time for this to happen.
