Recently, I encountered several issues with Cloudcone. On the first server, I received copyright infringement complaints and had to remove the content within three days. However, the server was suspended immediately after receiving the ticket, and I had to send a support ticket to explain our actions and get a compliance response that said they would handle it. After two more tickets were sent without any response from anyone. On the second server, I found out today that my account has been disabled due to violating the terms of service. The issue seems to be related to having multiple accounts at once. I have sent a support ticket, but no one has responded. As for me, I am not expecting anything in return since the server data is mine. If I need legal help, how can I proceed? Can you please provide some guidance on this matter? |
