Telegram announced the elimination of some outdated features. The new media upload function for blogs has been disabled to prevent anonymous users from abusing it. Telegram stated that although 99.999% of its users have nothing to do with crime, one-tenth of its users involved in illegal activities brings a negative image to the entire platform.
