Is there an expert on OneDrive?

Could you please recommend me an onedrive solution that is suitable for distributing files to users? Or perhaps one that could be used as a self-built network drive? Each file has only a few hundred downloads, and the number is usually less than ten. I asked around online, but everyone said it was not suitable. I have an E5 plan from two years ago, but I'm hesitant to use it. But I've seen some download stations that have been using onedrive for quite some time without any issues.
