Vir Mach has been unreachable for 6 months, unable to resurrect, have you sent yours?

Virmach has been unable to use since March, CC panel access is blocked, showing error messages. I have two machines (Seattle and Los Angeles). The Seattle machine was bought at a high price last year but it keeps migrating between SJ-LAX-TOK-SEA. The Los Angeles machine had been paid off five years ago, but all of them were still active despite being down. Twice, I sent tickets and received two replies from AI, one of which replied and another one was still open. What's happening? My machines are really not doing well. Do you guys have any recommendations for cheaper alternatives? We can't load our service controls now. This could either mean:
A) It took too long to load.
B) The server controls have been automatically disabled due to an anomaly.
C) The server could be offline, in which case we have already been notified.
