Cutting through is impossible for any foreign IP to connect, even if loc can't be accessed either. You can only access domestic websites. The Big Wall version is leading the way. Sometimes, you get a domestic proxy that gets blocked by the reverse firewall. But this only affects the current outbound IP address. All you have to do is re-pair and refresh your export IP.
