Previously using a 2-core 4GB machine with 3 backups. They have an issue where their machines will crash every few days and there are other users who report issues as well. I can search for them online but personally, I haven't had any major problems with it so far. This time it happened again, same old routine of crashing, so I sent a ticket to get my account migrated to a new data center and asked about data retention and IP migration, which they told me would be done, so do it! The machine came back up early in the morning, and when I came back in the afternoon, I found that it had been upgraded to a 5€ plan with a 4-core 16GB monster with 5 backup drives, with 5GB of bandwidth without any traffic limits. Before, the G port had traffic limits.
This system seems like it has some flaws and it's best to proceed with caution. However, the customer service was good.
