PockytShop recharge failure, anyone experienced it?

I've been using the PockytShop within Alipay to buy Apple US region gift cards for GPT, and today I tried to purchase them. Then they say that my order failed, and automatically refunded me. This has happened several times now. Anyone else have this issue? The store's customer service is just an email address with no live person.
