The签约主体将由华为服务(香港)有限公司变更为Sparkoo Technologies Hong Kong Co., Limited, as follows:
1. After you click "Agree" to receive this notification, all rights and obligations under the service agreements with Huawei Service (Hong Kong) Limited will be transferred to Sparkoo Technologies Hong Kong Co., Ltd. Your personal information may also be transferred due to the change in the签约主体.
2. When switching the签约主体, orders for which the original entity has not yet fulfilled will continue to be fulfilled by the new entity.
3. When switching the签约主体, the cash account balance of the original entity will be transferred to the new entity and can still be used.
4. If you are a post-payment customer and switch the签约主体 after the month, the entire bill for the month will be billed on the new entity until the end of the previous month's billing cycle, and the new consumption bill will be billed on the new entity from the following month. You should pay the payment subject to the **billing entity**, i.e., the old entity pays the **payment** to the old entity, and the new entity pays the **payment** to the new entity.
5. If you are a post-payment customer, your package period online payment orders will remain valid until the order is opened at the time of switching the签约主体, and then they will be paid to the new entity.
6. If you are prepaid customers, the orders placed before the switching of the签约主体 will be completed by the new entity, and the orders placed after the switching of the签约主体 will be completed by the new entity.
7. If your account is the main account, all sub-accounts associated with it will follow the main account when switching the签约主体, including the rights and obligations stipulated in the **Huawei Cloud Account托管协议** will be transferred to the new entity.
8. The currency payment method for some countries will change during the switching of the签约主体, you can check it through the settings in the account center->首选项.
