Nginx set reverse proxy, WP homepage always 301

There is a problem with my two VPS servers:
One as Nginx reverse proxy server and the other one to deploy a website. The latter is also using Nginx for the website, which is Wordpress. After setting up the reverse proxy successfully, all access were normal until I set the backend Wordpress admin page to be static. Then when I access the homepage it redirects 301 but accessing www.domain.com/home/ works normally. If I set the admin page of Wordpress to be latest posts then accessing www.domain.com won't redirect to 301 anymore, it's just working normally. What is the reason behind this? I tried many methods but still can't solve it.
