Ichthyosaurus Osaka Mobile cuts off every evening around 9 PM, directly down. I can't use it at all! Telecom and Unicom can still work. This is forcing me to expand the zone for money! Are there any Japanese or Osaka's Ichthyosaurus big brother? How do you guys deal with it?
