How to backup on Qnap?

I have a black group, which stores various data and has been made RAID1. I still have spare hard drives and machine, want to take one machine to do data backup, require incremental backup, can be restored at specific time points. My knowledge is limited, currently only considered the following several solutions. 1. Backup host using Debian 12. GroupHive through HyperBackup Suite by webdav protocol back to backup host. 2. Backup host continue to use Black Group, GroupHive through HyperBackup Suite by GroupHive NAS protocol back to backup host. 3. Backup host using Debian 12 + BorgBackup, forum members say this YYDS, seems to support duplicate deletion, haven't used it yet, want to try. All the above solutions, please help me analyze them, give your ideas, thank you. 4. Is there any way to fully back up the entire GroupHive whole system?
