The AMH problem is either caused by one-personism or personal issues?

As an oneman, AMH's boss is technically-minded and doesn't prioritize user service. This could be a unique case or it might just reflect the structure of commercial companies where technical issues are handled by engineers while business-related matters are handled by managers. However, if we look at AMH from a business perspective, there seems to be no real concern for customer satisfaction. It might not have been profitable in the past but that doesn't necessarily mean it can't make money now. The lack of concern for users' needs has prevented AMH from growing into a truly successful company. On the other hand, the idea that AMH is open-source may not be entirely accurate as it was also sold with licenses. As a commercial company, how can they possibly focus on profit without thinking about their customers? Is it because they don't want to or because they simply cannot do so? In conclusion, AMH being an "oneman" means his boss prioritizes technical solutions over user needs, which is likely due to his limited managerial skills. He might be a one-man band, but he lacks the technical expertise needed to provide adequate support for his users. Even though some people might think it's okay to ignore complaints, AMH's inability to serve its users properly has led to its downfall. Despite this, AMH does not seem interested in providing any form of compensation for its poor performance.
