Can we have a similar bark for continuous notifications?

I need to monitor changes in website content, and currently I send notifications when there is a change, then Python checks if the new email keywords match, if they do, it sends an alert through bark. However, bark isn't very stable, sometimes it doesn't receive alerts or takes too long, could you please recommend any similar services that support longer sound notifications? The notification speed should be fast for both Android and iOS devices.
