Is E3 MSDN still stable?

Microsoft announced that e3 subscriptions, including e3 MSDN, would be removed after April 1 this year, but as it is now July and there has been no deletion. I've heard that the API for e3 MSDN is particularly resilient, which makes me consider setting up an e3 MSDN download station. However, I'm afraid of potential issues derailing my plans and losing all investment.
