1. Early adopters, when refugees handle, kill or move at will. Vir's logic: You're already a refugee, do you still have any choice?  
2. High usage and abuse, killed without mercy. Vir's logic: Violating the TOS, must be killed!  
3. Users who hang probes to waste resources, removed step by step. Vir's logic: Since you don't use it, don't waste your space.  
4. Send work orders to the boss, even curse the boss. Vir's logic: I'm so busy, you bother me all day long, trash user, must be banned!  
5. Stuck in the crossfire. Vir's logic: A single person manages so many users, can't afford to make mistakes, just blame yourself for bad luck.
