First, I fully refunded the buyer for the amount of 3268 yuan. The fee that the buyer paid to me was already received. If I were to deceive him, why not just not even bother with it?
We both agreed that this transaction is an immediate machine exchange. Before we started the deal, I told the buyer that I had already paid for the next year's fees on my server.
I have two servers in use right now. Moving the two servers would cost about 400 RMB (around 60 US dollars). I would need to find someone to migrate the data.
The cost for transferring the two server access rights would be around 3000 RMB. It will take some time to transfer the data since the migration process needs to be done manually.
As per our agreement, I should receive 1000 RMB as compensation for the work done, but I can't refund the money back to you because it has been accounted for in the previous agreement. As for the 1000 RMB, it should cover the loss I incurred due to the inconvenience caused by your request.
