114DNS cannot obtain province-specific/IP region-based IP addresses.

The 114 DNS has started to fail now, I don't know when it started that we can no longer get the IP of the major dns by province/region, currently we only get the default one. Since the so-called "user accumulation" for many years by 114, there are still many users using its dns, which increases the difficulty of correct provincial/region resolution.
