Dear mjj, everyone good evening.
I found this thread today about stress causing acid reflux.
Based on my recent body condition, it seems that I have similar symptoms to the poster.
I went to the hospital multiple times and they said everything was normal, but they could not find any issues with me.
Please suggest some methods for you guys if you have any good solutions.
Symptoms:
1) Vomiting, nausea especially before exams or interviews, cannot eat at all.
2) Vomiting, nausea in the morning very severe, even vomiting out greenish liquid, very bitter, probably bile.
3) Always get coughs and coughs hard, very difficult to recover, usually chronic bronchitis.
4) In the past, I didn't like eating breakfast, changed jobs, ate near one year, symptoms still haven't improved.
5) There were periods of time when I couldn't eat and would vomit repeatedly after touching something fatty.
6) Work pressure is high, there were periods when smoking made the symptoms worse, now I've switched work and quit smoking.
7) Two years ago, I had a large appetite and good appetite, but over the past two years, my appetite has decreased, even eating greasy food will be completely thrown up within an hour, only drinking soup slowly every day.
8) Gwy health check standard several times were normal and passed, but the body always likes vomiting.
9) Body fat hasn't really changed much compared to the previous two years, but I just can't stop vomiting, so I'm really anxious about social events these days, and I just feel like I want to throw up whenever I think of something...
This is what's going on? Age is under 30, the work pressure has been high over the past two years and I've already changed jobs. Symptoms are slightly better.
Thank you for your help! |
