I run all of the business alone, ShaBiYun CEO, with no black history in my career, I'm a good seller.
I was invited by the large community to come and express my views on IDC industry and business management here at Hostloc.
ShaBiYun started from my passion for website industries, this is where ShaBiYun came from.
We started using IDCSMART KVM virtualization and control panel at first, it's quite stable and mature. It's easy to operate for beginners as well.
At the beginning, I rented a server in Hong Kong together with a friend. At that time, we didn't know what we were doing, so we got scammed heavily.
The startup cost was spent up to 80%, and the sales were very poor. This made me have some doubts about whether I should continue the business or not.
But I kept going forward, and our products were mostly connected, guaranteeing no loss. After six months, we had over 500 clients.
After that, the main product was the popular Prawo, then I bought two physical servers - one in Hong Kong and one in Chongqing.
This time, the Hong Kong server lost 200, while the Chongqing server earned 1000, which gave me confidence again.
Up until now, I own a long-term renewalable physical machine and a very reliable upstream supplier, who has signed a strategic alliance with us at a lower price.
Now, there are over 1200 customers, thank you very much for your support of ShaBiYun, and I believe that ShaBiYun will keep growing. |
