Recently I encountered an issue where my computer could not play MP4 format videos, even though the video was not encrypted and could be played on a phone. The video could also be uploaded to a website but not on my computer. On my computer, it wouldn't work!
1. PotPlayer reports the following error:
2. QQ影音 would automatically close when trying to play a video.
3. Windows Media Player only plays audio without any images. |
