There are 14 u to be sold directly to Binance at the highest exchange rate after selling on merchants' side, and then it's been deposited into the bank card within 3 minutes. But my bank card was frozen immediately by 96110. I have to go to the police station for further processing. I've had warnings about not selling u again. I'm going to uninstall Binance.
