Is Kurun's VPS so fast because of its download speed? It ranges from 2Mb to 10Mb.

Spent $90 on download speed, but the peak speed is barely over 15Mbps, often less than 5Mbps, and sometimes it's even lower than 20Mbps. That's not even the entrance speed; yabs' speed test also shows such slow speeds.
