4S repaired the car, and it was supposed to be delivered. So I asked for the repair receipt and damage assessment receipt. The 4S said that these documents have not yet been issued.
I haven't had any insurance claims before, so I don't know the procedure very well. The car was fixed without issuing a claim. Is there anything suspicious about this?
