Firstly, domestic servers require real name, two IP addresses, each IP address is respectively real name.
Your configuration as follows:
CPU: E5 V3 12C24T (exclusive, can long occupy)
Memory: DDR4 2400 64G
HDD: 1T SATA SSD (already made RAID10 array)
Network: one IPV4, Jiangsu Mobile, uplink 30Mbps, downlink 100Mbps
System: currently the base is Winserver, use hyperV for you to open virtual machines, you can choose PVE etc systems
Stability: currently have been托管大半年，未发生断电、断网等情况
I am long-term托管，hdd is magneto 5200Eco，used time 2w hours around，life span still very long，and it is four hard drives in raid10，will not appear data loss situation
Payment: may select monthly payment 180R，annual payment 1800R，can't open tax invoice
Remark: with independent IPV4, need to be real name, domain manually white list，give your not physical machine，is virtual machine，only resources are more abundant and exclusive
