When I activated the Wise account, it gave me a payment number to charge £20 to activate. It then said that this was my payment number and I would use it for all future payments. However, after activating the account, another payment number was assigned to some of my currency accounts. When I tried to pay or transfer using this new number, I could only see it in the payment section but not on the payment screen itself. I couldn't find the payment number I used when I first activated the account. Can anyone explain what's going on? Is the activation number one-time only? The official customer service rep gave me an answer but I didn't understand it at all. |
